As every year, with over 110 people, we traditionally met at the Christmas table. There was also the sharing of wafers, warm wishes, thanks for the year spent together, well-deserved jubilee awards and… dumplings. The company Christmas Eve was also an opportunity to hand out awards to employees who have worked in our company for 10 years.
On December 21, 2022, we gathered for a Christmas Eve meeting to express Christmas wishes, but also to integrate and get to know each other even better. Christmas parcels were also distributed to all those with small children. And all this in the warm and magical atmosphere of Christmas.
It was a perfect time to sum up the year 2023. The company’s president, Tadeusz Ożarowski, presented jubilee awards to 7 employees who had worked in our company for as many as 10 years. Congratulations on your considerable length of service and we wish you further success in your career at ALEX!
A nice touch was also the awarding of “Awards for extraordinary behavior” to employees who showed selfless help, on their own initiative, in specific situations. We are proud that such people create ALEX! 😊
