Warranty conditions

Company ALEX Ltd. with headquarters in Kleosin, Zambrowska 4a Street, hereinafter referred to as a “guarantor” warrants own products under the following conditions:

 

The exploitation of a car fitted with an LPG installation must include the additional services concerning:

  • adjustment of a gas installation every 15 000 km or once a year due to low settings stability,
  • changing spark plugs every 15 000 km,
  • cleaning LPG reducer every 30 000 km,
  • changing gas and air filters every 15 000 km,
  • if a car is not equipped with hydraulic regulations of valve position tolerance, it is advisable to check the valve tolerance every 15 000 km.

 

The exploitation of a car fitted with an LPG installation, which was designed to be powered only with liquid fuel and did not go through the above mentioned additional services, might suffer from the following:

  • increased wear of engine parts (cylinders, pistons, piston rings, valves, etc.) as a result of working in an environment with lower lubrication, higher temperature and sulphation,
  • increased and faster wear of exhaust system due to higher temperature of fumes and its higher sulphation,
  • greater possibility of manifold damage (faster burning due to the higher temperature of fumes and accelerated process of clogging due to higher sulfur content).

 

SHARK LPG reducer 1200 mbar/1500 mbar

  1. Warranty period: 24 months from the purchasing date (maximum 30 months from the date of production included in the serial number on the body of a reducer) or 50 000 km.
  2. Elements defective by fault of the manufacturer are repaired or exchanged for the new ones.
  3. The elements of a reducer that are damaged as a result of dirt, elements that have worn out, as well as elements with which unauthorized persons have interfered are not covered by warranty.

 

TURBOT LPG reducer 1200 mbar/1500 mbar

  1. Warranty period: 24 months from the purchasing date (maximum 30 months from the date of production included in the serial number on the body of a reducer) or 50 000 km.
  2. Elements defective by fault of the manufacturer are repaired or exchanged for the new ones.
  3. The elements of a reducer that are damaged as a result of dirt, elements that have worn out, as well as elements with which unauthorized persons have interfered are not covered by warranty.

 

LPG-MAX solenoid valve 

  1. Warranty period: 24 months from the purchasing date (maximum 30 months from the date of production included in the serial number on the body of a reducer) or 50 000 km.
  2. Elements defective by fault of the manufacturer are repaired or exchanged for the new ones.
  3. The elements of a solenoid that are damaged as a result of dirt, elements that have worn out, as well as elements with which unauthorized persons have interfered are not covered by warranty.

 

OCTOPUS multivalve 

  1. Warranty period: 24 months from the purchasing date (maximum 30 months from the date of production included in the serial number on the body of a reducer) or 50 000 km.
  2. Elements defective by fault of the manufacturer are repaired or exchanged for the new ones.
  3. The elements of a multivalve that are damaged as a result of dirt, elements that have worn out, as well as elements with which unauthorized persons have interfered are not covered by warranty.

 

ALEX RAIL-001 LPG/CNG injection rail

  1. Warranty period: 24 months from the purchasing date (maximum 30 months from the date of production, which is included in the serial number on the body of an injection rail) or 20 000 km.
  2. Elements defective by fault of the manufacturer are repaired or exchanged for the new ones.
  3. The elements of an injector rail that are damaged as a result of dirt, elements that have worn out, as well as elements with which unauthorized persons have interfered are not covered by warranty.

 

FLIPPER LPG/CNG injecton rail

  1. Warranty period: 24 months from the purchasing date (maximum 30 months from the date of production, which is included in the serial number on the body of an injector).
  2. Warranty period: 60 000 km from the installation date if not passed the warranty period included in point 1.
  3. Elements defective by fault of the manufacturer are repaired or exchanged for the new ones.
  4. Warranty condition: providing the document confirming regular periodical checkup of the installation.
  5. Warranty does not cover:
  • damages as a result of dirt caused by poor quality LPG/CNG fuel (It is recommended to use cyclone filters or filters with fiberglass or polyester cartridge),
  • damages caused by the improper selection of voltage parameters,
  • damages caused by flooding, lubricating,
  • damages caused by using cleaning liquids including esters, alcohol and their derivatives, solvents, rust removers and other cleaning and washing substances,
  • elements that have worn out, caused by interference of unauthorized persons and mechanical damages.

 

Barracuda LPG/CNG injector

  1. Warranty period: 24 months from the purchasing date (maximum 30 months from the date of production, which is included in the serial number on the body of an injector).
  2. Warranty period: 100 000 km from the installation date if not passed the warranty period included in point 1.
  3. Elements defective by fault of the manufacturer are repaired or exchanged for the new ones.
  4. Warranty condition: providing the document confirming regular periodical checkup of the installation.
  5. Warranty does not cover:
  • damages as a result of dirt caused by poor quality LPG/CNG fuel (It is recommended to use cyclone filters or filters with fiberglass or polyester cartridge),
  • damages caused by the improper selection of voltage parameters,
  • damages caused by flooding, lubricating,
  • damages caused by using cleaning liquids including esters, alcohol and their derivatives, solvents, rust removers and other cleaning and washing substances,
  • elements that have worn out, caused by interference of unauthorized persons and mechanical damages.

 

Ultra 360° filter 

  1. Warranty period: 24 months from the purchasing date (maximum 30 months from the date of production, which is included in the serial number on the body of a filter).
  2. Elements defective by fault of the manufacturer are repaired or exchanged for the new ones.
  3. Warranty does not cover mechanical damages of filters, elements that have worn out, as well as elements with which unauthorized persons have interfered.

 

OPTIMA ECO-TEC and OPTIMA PRO-TEC LPG/CNG controllers

  1. Warranty period: 24 months from the date of installation (maximum 30 months from the date of production, which is included in the serial number on the body of a controller).
  2. Elements defective by fault of the manufacturer are repaired or exchanged for the new ones.
  3. Controllers damaged as a result of flooding, incorrect assembly, as well as controllers with which unauthorized persons have interfered are not covered by warranty.

 

OPTIMA Eco+, OPTIMA PICO, OPTIMA nano, OPTIMA EXPERT LPG/CNG controllers

  1. Warranty period: 24 months from the date of installation (maximum 30 months from the date of production, which is included in the serial number on the body of a controller).
  2. Elements defective by fault of the manufacturer are repaired or exchanged for the new ones.
  3. Controllers damaged as a result of flooding, incorrect assembly, as well as controllers with which unauthorized persons have interfered are not covered by warranty.

 

OPTIMA PTS-01 and PTS-02 pressure sensors

  1. Warranty period: 24 months from the date of installation (maximum 30 months from the date of production).
  2. Elements defective by fault of the manufacturer are repaired or exchanged for the new ones.
  3. Warranty does not cover mechanical damages, damages caused by flooding, dirt, elements that have worn out, as well as elements with which unauthorized persons have interfered.

 

ALEX OPTO interface with optoisolation AEB + OPTIMA

  1. Warranty period: 24 months from the date of installation (maximum 30 months from the date of production).
  2. Elements defective by fault of the manufacturer are repaired or exchanged for the new ones.
  3. Warranty does not cover mechanical damages, damages caused by flooding, dirt, elements that have worn out, as well as elements with which unauthorized persons have interfered.

 

Warranty does not cover the following services:

  1. Cleaning injectors damaged as a result of dirt.
  2. Repairing elements with passed warranty period (when agreed, they could be repaired at the customers’ expense according to the guarantor pricelist).

 

Cost of transport

In case of non-warranty services, the complainant is chared for transportation, in other cases, the cost of transport will be covered by the guarantor.

 

ALEX Ltd. company is not responsible for damages caused by poor quality LPG/CNG fuel.

 

The warranty for the goods sold does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the buyer resulting from the non-compliance of the goods with the contract. Detailed customer rights and obligations of the manufacturer are set out in the Consumer Act of July 27, 2002. on specific conditions of consumer sales and on amendments to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws 02.141.1176).
