LPG Reducer TURBOT 1200

TURBOT 1200 is a high-quality single-stage gas pressure reducer designed for sequential injection LPG installations in engines with a power of up to 260 HP. It does not have an integrated gas shut-off solenoid valve, so to fully benefit from the power of this reducer, it is recommended to install it together with the LPG-MAX solenoid valve with increased gas flow.

The cast-free reducer body is entirely made in a modern ALEX machining center. All raw materials and components used in production have appropriate quality certificates. The high pressure efficiency of the reducer was achieved thanks to the use of a gas regulator with increased flow.

The "flap" (lever) mechanism of the pressure regulator ensures reliability and maintenance-free operation, even with very contaminated gas fuel. The reducer has a very high thermal efficiency because it is made of a base material with high thermal conductivity, which guarantees a stable gas temperature at high evaporator loads.

We also equipped TURBOT 1200 with an internal overpressure valve, which ensures the safe operation of both the engine and the reducer.

The evaporator has plastic, rotatable water elbows and a standard hole (Ø5) for the reducer temperature sensor. The TURBOT 1200 reducer works perfectly with all gas injection systems. It complies with homologation regulation 67R-01. A repair kit for the TURBOT reducer is also available for sale.
