Project “Development of a hybrid installation for gas-electric power supply of motor vehicles”

The general aim of the project is to develop the research and growth activities, as well as the innovation of ALEX Sp. z o. o. The goal will be achieved as a result of creating an R&D base in the company and as a result of carrying out research and development work on the growth of an innovative, hybrid installation for gas and electric power supply of motor vehicles. The general objective will also be accomplished as a result of achieving specific goals at the product and result level.
Project goals at product level:
- Increasing the company’s participation in investments supported by subsidies by 1 research and development project in 2020 compared to 2016
- Increasing the number of R&D projects implemented by the Applicant in 2020 by 1 project regarding the development of an innovative gas and electricity installation compared to 2016
- Increasing the number of employees of ALEX Sp. z o. o. in 2017-2020 conducting R&D activities by 17 people compared to 2016
- An increase in the company’s investment outlays for the purchase of scientific and research equipment in 2020 by PLN 5,452,180.35 compared to 2016
- Development of the company’s research laboratories by 1 infrastructure of this type in 2020 compared to 2016
- Increasing the company’s participation in initiatives related to the protection of industrial property by 1 project in 2020 compared to 2016
- An increase in the enterprise’s participation in initiatives disseminating the results of R&D work in 2020 by 3 initiatives compared to 2016 – the “Number of initiatives disseminating the results of R&D work” indicator
Project goals at the result level:
- An increase in the number of implemented R&D results in the enterprise by 1 hybrid, modular gas and electricity installation in 2023 compared to 2016
- An increase in the number of R&D projects implemented using supported research infrastructure in the enterprise by 1 project involving the development of a gas and electric vehicle power installation in 2020 compared to 2016
- An increase in the number of patent applications filed in 2020 regarding solutions used in gas-electric vehicle power installations compared to 2016 – the “Number of patent applications filed” indicator
The project involves the renovation of the R&D department premises, the purchase of research equipment for the R&D department and the performance of research and development work on the invention of a new product – an installation for gas-electric power supply and drive of motor vehicles.
The planned effects of the project are:
- implementation of at least 1 research and development project using the R&D infrastructure provided as part of the project
- implementation into production of an installation for gas-electric power supply and drive of motor vehicles developed during R&D works
- dissemination of the results of R&D work undertaken as part of the project at 3 conferences, including 2 domestic and 1 foreign
- reporting at least 1 invention resulting from R&D work
Total project value: PLN 11,903,671.96. Contribution from European Funds: PLN 5,802,089.61.
